Extreme Snickers Pie

What you need
The Pie:
¾ cup chunky peanut butter
⅓ cup brown sugar
¼ cup white sugar
¼ cup butter, softened
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2¼ cup old-fashioned oatmeal
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ cup milk chocolate chips
¾ cup Snickers, chopped

The Topping:
¾ cup milk chocolate chips
½ cup heavy cream
¼ cup peanuts, unsalted
⅓ cup Smuckers sugar free Caramel Topping

How you make it
Preheat your oven to 350 F
Spray a pie dish with cooking spray
In a large bowl combine peanut butter, brown and white sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla until smooth
Add oatmeal and baking soda, mix until well combined
Fold in chocolate chips and Snickers
Press dough into your pie dish
Bake for 25-28 minutes
Let pie cool down for half an hour
Now in a small saucepan melt the chocolate chips in the heavy cream until smooth
Set aside and let cool for 15 minutes
Place peanuts on top of the baked pie crust
Drizzle caramel sauce over it
And last but not least pour the cooled down chocolate genache over the peanuts and caramel
Place pie in fridge to set and cool completely (about 2 hours)
Serve at room temperature
