BAKED PARMESAN TOMATOES

- 4 Tomatoes halved horizontally 
- 1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tsp. chopped fresh oregano
- 1/4 Tsp. Sea-salt
- Fresh ground pepper to taste
- 4 Tsp. extra virgin olive oil
DIRECTIONS
- Place tomatoes cut side up on baking sheet. Top with Parmesan, oregano, salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and bake in oven at 450• F, for 15 min. or until tomatoes are tender, Enjoy !!
